Thought to stop by here for lunch, gorgeous day outside, summer is creeping closer and the patio was pleasant and not packed. "My favorite italian spot was here before, surely this place is just as good as they are despite being worlds apart in cuisine type." Bzzt, wrong. Portion is really good for the price, but this is some of the most devoid of taste barbecue I've ever had in my entire life. Maybe I'm biased coming from the south where barbecue is so prevalent, but I have no idea how you manage to make a meal so devoid of flavor and taste when you're making barbecue of all things. Meat is moist and tender, that's a plus. But there's no taste worth experiencing here. Donuts are good I guess, and maybe it's just the pork that's disappointing, but I don't see myself coming back here. Happy for you if you enjoy it! Edit: it really doesn't help that the owner is a petty and thin-skinned individual that has to deflect in such a way any time someone doesn't like the food this place serves. They should really just drop the BBQ part and stick to donuts, the donuts are indeed good, but if you're going to do barbecue learn how to make a memorable flavor. Dry rub or not doesn't impact tast

I enjoy supporting โ€œsmallโ€ businesses, and I liked coming here, unfortunately the customer service is very poor and steadily worsening, which is disappointing when youโ€™re paying a premium for donuts and bbq, Iโ€™m not going to knock anyone for being on their phone we all do it, but acting like the customer is ruining your day when they approach and ask questions is a phenomenal way to lose good business especially because I usually spend around $50+, itโ€™s also frustrating when you pay $16 for half a pound of sliced beef and end up with two room temp slices of meat that surely arenโ€™t 1/2 a pound. Unfortunately I canโ€™t recommend Haute Donuts any longer and Iโ€™d say if youโ€™re looking to spend your hard earned money there are plenty of other small businesses that have good customer service and can smile during the interaction!!

I had the donut the 50 layer donut! It was delicious! So many layers inside somewhat like a dense croissant! Alissa and Emily working there were so nice! And there was a huge selection! I also love it was within a market hall where I could spend time walking around looking at shops!

IMPECCABLE. Staff is super fun and make the experience even better. This was our first time here and it blew us away. The donuts are delicious - especially the 50 layer vanilla bean glazed. The brisket breakfast sandwich was also fantastic. The vibe of this place is perfect and I am so happy we finally made it out there.

I stopped in for the 1/2 lb sliced beef and it was outstanding. Incredibly soft, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they put real care into how they smoke and carve the meat. The sauces are great too, the espresso one is a must. The atmosphere feels almost too good for a stall in this kind of market. Itโ€™s packed, loud, and finding a table can be a challenge, but that energy adds its own charm. You either see it as a trade-off or part of the experience. For me, it worked. Great food, great vibe โ€ฆwill definitely be back.
